Refunds & Returns Policy

Our priority at MobiCare Skin is delivering complete customer satisfaction through quality products and reliable service. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds applicable to purchases made through our platform. If you are dissatisfied with any product or service, you may request a refund or cancellation, subject to verification and approval after review. We encourage customers to carefully read all product details, service descriptions, and applicable terms before making a purchase.

Return Window

Our return policy mobile skin allows returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible unless the item is found to be defective under our warranty terms, as described in Section 7.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return under our MobiCare returns policy machine, all of the following must apply:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be provided

  • The return request must be initiated within the 30-day window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not covered under our return policy mobile skin:

  • Gift cards, vouchers, and digital store credits

  • Downloadable software licences and digital product keys once activated

  • Opened or used personal care or hygiene items

  • Consumable materials (vinyl rolls, lamination film) once unsealed

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications

Please do not return any item directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through MobiCare Skin.

MobiCare Cancellation Policy

Our MobiCare cancellation policy allows order cancellations prior to dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be processed as a return following the steps in Section 10. Software licence orders are non-cancellable once the activation key has been delivered.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • Items returned with visible signs of use, wear, or missing accessories

  • Opened software, media, or digital products

  • Items not in their original condition or with damaged packaging not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our discretion)

Mobile Skin Machine Warranty & Warranty Support

All cutting plotters and machines are covered by our mobile skin machine warranty India for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. MobiCare warranty support India includes:

  • Telephone and email-based technical support during business hours

  • Replacement of defective components subject to inspection and confirmation

  • On-site or carry-in service at our Vadodara service centre

A mobile skin machine refund claim is applicable only if the machine is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and an equivalent replacement cannot be provided within 21 business days.

MobiCare Partner Refund Terms

MobiCare partner refund terms India differ from standard consumer terms. Partners must raise any refund or return requests through their designated account manager. All partner returns are subject to the conditions outlined in the Authorised Partner Agreement.

  • Step 1: Email info@electromicro.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return

  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

  • Step 3: If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions

  • Step 4: Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated

The refund timeline MobiCare India follows: approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Credits will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 additional business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Returns

To return a product under our MobiCare refund policy India, please email us first for a Return Authorisation (RA) number before shipping. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit

  • All returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected refund timeline, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment statement for pending credits

  • Contact your credit card company posting may take several business days

  • Contact your bank regarding processing delays
